한국 지식기반산업의 국제경쟁력 강화 measure(방안) 연구 3) A Study on the Promotion of International Competitiveness in the Knowledge-Based Industry for Korea 이 남 구 4) Abstract The purpose of this paper is to analyze the international competitiveness of the knowledge-Based industry in Korea. Our strategy focuses rather on cultivation of the knowledge-based industry than on creation of knowledge. Therefore, establishment and implementation of national strategy that utilizes factors of opportunity to the maximum and heightens competitiveness is required in Korea economy. Finally, KBI will be led by enterprises holding key competitiveness, therefore Korea should more cultivate small & medium-sized enterprises and venture enterprises, a key for industrial competitiveness.
